PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular automatic wiper system capable of performing the wiper wiping operation suitable for a rainy condition even when a vehicle stops and starts again. SOLUTION: A rain sensor 10 comprises a wiping number operation unit 13 which detects the raindrop amount for each predetermined interval to operate the wiping number of a wiper 5 according to the raindrop amount, and a memory 15 to store the first data operated by the operation unit as the second data when the detected value by a speed sensor 17 is reduced to the predetermined value. The wiping operation number of the wiper 5 is determined by comparing the first data operated by the wiping number calculation section 13 with the second data stored in the memory 15 when the detected value exceeds the predetermined value after it is identified that a vehicle is stopped.
