PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo bed of a dump truck capable of reducing the work for lifting a cargo once to a high position when loading the cargo onto the cargo bed of the dump truck, reducing losses of the loading time, reducing the energy consumption of a loading machine, realizing excellent loading efficiency, and allowing the cargo to be loaded by a relatively small loading machine. SOLUTION: A fixed wall (20) and an elevating/lowering wall (22) which is fitted in a holdable manner at the elevating and lowering positions between the "upper position" located above the fixed wall and the "lower position" located on the side of the fixed wall are provided on a side wall (18) to form a cargo bed (14).
