PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement made as capable of surely performing the up and down operations of its ground-leveling device and the on and off operations of its power for the ground-leveling device. SOLUTION: This agricultural implement equipped with a transplanting device 31 supported with a traveling machine body 11 as freely lifted up and down, and the ground-leveling device 51 arranged between the traveling machine body 11 and the transplanting device 31 and also lifted up and down as moving jointly with the transplanting device 31 is provided by installing a height-adjusting means 111 for adjusting the up and down position of the ground-leveling device 51 at its descended position relative to the transplanting device 31 as moving jointly with the transplanting device 31 to adjust the height of the ground-leveling device 51 in accordance with the planting depth of seedlings. It is possible to perform a sure ground-leveling work without changing the relative position of a basket-formed rotor 57 of the ground-leveling device 51 with paddy surface.
