PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trawl fishing net which avoids unintentional capture of different kinds of fishes and shellfishes and fries, efficiently catches objective fishes, consequently prevents depletion of fishing resources, contributes to continuous prosperity of fisheries and has a new structure. SOLUTION: This trawl fishing net is a trawl fishing net for catching aquatic animals living underwater or on the bottom of the water and has constitution that a body net part arranged between a sleeve net part and a net bag part is composed of a net body having 4-6 cm knot intervals equipped with a side part consisting of a net body having 8-12 cm knot intervals. Especially preferably, a part of the back of the body net part is equipped with a slit-like separation opening having 6-10 cm width and≥15 cm length in the fishing net. Preferably, the bottom part of the body net part is equipped with an opening part led to the bottom of the water, or the bottom position of the body net part is equipped with an opening connected to the front edge of a cylindrical lower net bag body to hold miscellaneous things.
