The fastening rail (1) for profiles is especially for facade cladding, landings, and screening fences. The profiles are mounted by retaining angles (5) with a defined spacing, and on the other side are pressed by a spring element (3) against both the retaining angles and the fastening rail. The spring element is prevented from springing off by the profile lying beneath it, and therefore the lower profile is additionally secured in position. A further securing of the installed profiles is by two additional safety claws (6) which are bent downwards by suitable tools.
