Shaping a section bar involves placing stacked reinforced-fiber sheets (P) on a pair of side presses (4) opposing to each other with a predetermined gap; inserting a punch (5) through the gap from above to fold the sheets, while holding ends of the sheets between upper surfaces of the side presses by block members; and drawing out the punch upward and, then, pressing reinforced-fiber sheets. Shaping a section bar involves placing stacked reinforced-fiber sheets (P) on a pair of side presses (4) opposing to each other with a predetermined gap; inserting a punch (5) through the gap from above to fold the stacked sheets, while holding ends of the stacked sheets between upper surfaces of the side presses by block members; and drawing out the punch upward and, then, pressing the folded stacked reinforced-fiber sheets by the side presses. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an apparatus of shaping a section bar, comprising a pair of side presses opposing to each other and each having a flat surface on an opposing surface; punch provided above a middle position between the side presses, for moving vertically between the side presses, where the punch folds the stacked reinforced-fiber sheets by pushing the sheets between the side presses being operated in a position to have a predetermined gap; and block member(s) (9) for holding ends of the stacked reinforced-fiber sheets between upper surfaces of the side presses when the stacked reinforced-fiber sheets are folded by the punch; and (2) an I-shaped stringer shaped by bending stacked reinforced-fiber sheets of plies with resin soaked in it, where a pair of flange portions of the stringer extend equally to opposite directions from each end of a web portion of the stringer, and both open ends of the stacked reinforced-fiber sheets in bending direction are aligned between plies of the stacked reinforced-fiber sheets, perpendicular to its surface. |
