PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flashing device capable of preventing the deterioration of a battery caused by the heat generation of the battery at the time of consecutively emitting light. SOLUTION: This flashing device is provided with a booster means 102 boosting the voltage of the battery 101, a temperature detection means 106 detecting temperature in the device, a booster control means 109 controlling the action of the means 102, and a control signal output means 108 outputting a control signal to the means 109 according to the detected result by the means 106; and is controlled so that a signal for restricting the action of the means 102 may be outputted from the means 108 to the means 109 when the means 106 detects the temperature equal to or above 1st specified temperature, and a signal for inhibiting the action of the means 102 may be outputted from the means 108 when the means 106 detects the temperature equal to or above 2nd specified temperature higher than the 1st specified temperature. |
