PURPOSE: To make any foreign substances not to penetrate from the outside as preventing a performance decrement due to air resistance. CONSTITUTION: A recess 78A of a cover body 78 is closed by a second diaphragm 68 and thereby turned to be a second air chamber 74. A selector valve 82 is set up in a position at the opposite side to a liquid chamber forming member 50 of the cover body 78. An opening part 112 of an air tank 110 provided with an interspace 114 capable of storing air is fitted in a supply-exhaust pipe 90B of this selector valve 82 via packing 116, and the air tank 110 is installed on top of the selector valve 82. Therefore, air runs in space between the side of the air tank 110 and the inside of the second air chamber 74, and the selector valve 82 is closed, whereby an interval between these elements is closed as well. |
