The invention relates to a central control unit for heating systems, which control unit is composed of one at least circuit with micro-controller 37, a special software 9 loaded on this last (fig. 10), an electronic temperature sensor 7 (fig. 6A, 6B, 6) directly informing the aforementioned circuit to a nicety about the water temperature, electronic circuits for the information input 39, 40 about thermostats and sensors, and electronic output circuits 42 for the guidance of all heating machines. Future upgrating of the heating system is ensured by easy loading of software answering the needs and particularities that may occur at every application of the applied software. Synchronically, it is characterised in that it provides right and judicious distribution of hot water to the apartments without being substantially influenced by the space thermostats, in that everyone may be in position -via a screen 3 and two operation buttons 11- to be informed about the operation of all mechanisms used in a heating system (burner 70, solenoids 69, circulator 71) and about all incoming commands and information received by the system from the thermostats 68 and the temperature sensors 72, in modifying, via special menu 83, all the necessary limits of temperature of the heating mechanisms, in selecting the operation programs of the system, and in regulating them for the better possible operation of the heating system, for receiving information about the operation time of the burner 76 and the service it needs this last along with the remaining mechanisms in a precise time as well as about the duration of heating in each apartment 77 separately. |
