It is intended to provide a means whereby cells having a wound-healing effect are efficiently concentrated within a short period of time and thus utilized as a material promoting wound healing. Namely, a material promoting wound healing which is made of a porous sheet having at least leucocytes and/or platelets on the surface, a process for producing the same, a system for producing the same and a method of treating a wound site using the same.
