PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the plasma torch which has a thin tip part to be inserted into a narrow place and in which a short electrode bar as an exchange part is acceptable. SOLUTION: The torch 1 has a base part 1A having a large outer diameter and extending in a torch axial direction, a tip part 1C having a thin and roughly fixed outer diameter and extending in a torch axial direction and a tapered part 1B connecting both parts. The torch tip part 1C is thin to be inserted into a narrow place. A nozzle 9 and its inside insulation guide 7 have respectively a large diameter base part, a small diameter tip part and a tapered part connecting both parts. An electrode bar 3 is accommodated in a guide 7. An electrode base 17 is extended toward a tip side and is entered in a large diameter base part of the guide 7 up to near a tapered part inlet. Further, the electrode bar 3 is mounted to a tip of the electrode base 17. A length of the electrode bar 3 is slightly longer than the torch tip part 1C. |
