<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and easily ingested food comprising a natural product, and having a large effect for ameliorating or preventing pollinosis to solve the problem of treatment of the pollinosis by a conventional medicine. <P>SOLUTION: The food for ameliorating or preventing the pollinosis is obtained by processing a food obtained by processing a fish meat extract or meat essence, containing imidazole dipeptide (e.g. anserine, carnosine and balenine) into a shape enabling a constant amount to be ingested, and additionally an essence of leaves of Engelhardtia chrysolepis HANCE and essence of Tencha (sweet tea) and an extract of an extract obtained from seeds of a plant of Labiatae. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
