<p>A composite tubing is produced using fiber structure constituted by a single ply of at least 400 g/m<2>, impregnating the single ply with resin to at least 40%, placing a coating of a sealing agent on one surface of the single ply, and carrying polymerization while the ply and coating are in the desired shape in or on a mold. <??>Production of a composite tubing from a structure of mineral or organic fibers, natural or artificial, involves impregnated the fiber structure with resin, raising the temperature and pressure if desired for polymerization of the resin (3) after shaping in or on a old, and sealing the wall of the shaped member. A fiber structure is used and constituted by a single ply (2) of at least 400 g/m<2>. The single ply is impregnated with the resin to at least 40%. A coating (6) of a sealing agent is placed on one surface of the single ply. The polymerization is carried out while the ply and coating are in the desired shape in or on a mold.</p> |
