The stem has antero posterior sides (5,6) with strias (7) on a metaphysis part (3) of an internal side (INT) of a pitch line (N), where the strias form an angle lesser than 90 degree with respect to the line. The sides have strias (8) on an external side (EXT) of the line, where the strias (8) form an angle equal to 90 degree with respect to the line such that the external side has rectilinear furrows (10) extending on whole length of the stem.
