The flip-top cap has an inner side (107), an outer side (108), and a wall (109) extending from the inner side. The inner side and the wall define a compartment (104). The sieve includes a perforated top (123) and a wall (124) extending from the perforated top, the sieve being configured to be mounted to the wall (109) extending from the inner side to retain at least a desiccant material in the compartment.
