<p>The cylindrical projection for each lens frame enters into the hinge part of the metal arm, or the arm metal insert. It has a stop surface pref. about parallel to the lens frame plane, so that the spectacle arm, in its open position, rests on it. The metal side piece (4) has its front end (14) extending to about the centre axis of the axle piece (10) of the hinge part (6). This arrangement is such that the front end (14) lays on the projected surface (15) by appropriate positioning of the side piece with respect to the axle projection (10) so that pivoted movement is limited.</p> |
