The present invention relates to an assembleable constructing block, which comprises a male toothed protrusion located at the upper portion (2) thereof and a continuous protrusion located at its left side portion (3. The block further comprises a channelled portion (5) located at the lower portion thereof and extending to the right side of the block, said channelling portion having the same dimensions as those of the toothed and continuous protrusions for achieving a perfect coupling therebetween during the assembly process. The block also presents a plurality of vertical hollows (1) extending from the upper portion of said block to the lower portion thereof, thereby generating a plurality of vertical ducts upon the assembly process. The vertical ducts are located along the whole wall for facilitating the electric wiring and hydraulic piping attachment, and for generating an air chamber located at the inner portion of the wall useful for providing a substantial thermal and acoustic in sulation. The block of the invention further includes two surfaces, a front and a rear surface (4), which are texturised according to the builder's preference so as to provide the wall with the desired finish, thus avoiding a stucco finish process.
