The present invention refers to a method for producing crude oil stemming from natural emanations and leaks from oil wells. The purpose of the invention is to remove the environmental impact caused by natural emanations and leaks from capped wells to soil and water, thereby reversing said effect by transforming an environmental hazard into a viable commercial production process of crude oil, which uses production stimulation systems in both horizontal and vertical wells.
