An ornamental glass fuel lamp is disclosed herein composed of the glass shade 1 and the glass base 4 synchronically operating as a fuel container exhibiting great capacity and thereby prolonged duration of combustion. At the upper part of the base 5and near its mouth, there are incorporated, lengthwise, teeth 6 with void space formed in between offering to the shade 1 inserted therein sufficient ventilation and right oxygenation. Additionally, the rim of the mouth of the base 5 and the end of the lower section 3 of the shade 1 is constituted of even surface protecting the user from minor injuries. Furthermore, the exterior points of the circumference of the base bottom 5 adjoining the surface whereon the fuel lamp rests, the exterior faceof the base 4 and the exterior face of the shade 1 are conveniently treated to acquire a slightly abnormal rough surface preventing any potential slipping. The advantage of the invention consists in the fact that -compared to ordinary fuel lamps- the size and the capacity of the fuel container/base prolongs even more the duration of combustion. |
