Disclosed are compounds of the formula: (see formula I) (wherein n is 0-4; p is 1 or 2; X is CR7 or N; Y is CR8 or N; Z is CHR9, O, S, SO, SO2 or NR10; W is CR5R6; R1 is CF3 or CHF2; R2 is alkyl; R3 is H or substituent; R4 is H or substituent; and R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are H, alkyl or the like). The compounds are useful in the treatment or alleviation of inflammation and other inflammation associated disorders, such as arthritis, colon cancer, and Alzheimer's disease in mammals, preferably humans, dogs, cats, horses and livestock.
