FIELD: medicine, oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with prescribing betaleukin daily for 5 d at the dosage of 5 ng/kg patient's body weight/500 ml isotonic sodium chloride solution as intravenous drop infusions of about 60-120 min duration just before the onset of specific anti-tumor therapy at applying polychemotherapy. Application of betaleukin normalizes functional activity of immunocompetent cells and decreases side effects of cytostatics. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 4 tbl
