FIELD: measurement technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of capacitive pick-up formed by two isolated flat current-conducting rings. Rings are mounted concentrically inside case made of insulating material and are moved one relatively the other at axial direction. Lower ring is intended for mounting edge of item to me measured onto it. Upper ring is mounted inside the item to have radial space to internal surface of item. Guiding cylindrical electro-conducting bushing is mounted onto lower ring. Rings are connected to capacitive pick-up which is connected with registrar. Internal diameters of thin-walled items can be measured when diameter relates to thickness of walls in 1000: 1 rate. Guiding cylindrical bushing allows improving distortions of shape of thin-walled item within certain limits and provides better centering of item relatively upper ring.. ^ EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. ^ 11 cl, 1 dwg |
