FIELD: molecular biology, agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for determination of plants sex at seedling stage used in selection of hop. Sex of hybrid hop plants is determined by method of molecular marking wherein two combinations of oligonucleotide primers are used for carrying out polymerase chain reaction that provide amplification of DNA fragments specific for male plants.
