FIELD: pneumatic transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has piston-sealing with through channel and valves. Piston-sealer is installed in pipeline provided with longitudinal slot overlapped by tape-valve and is connected by with drive hollow rod. Tape-valve is made of elastic material and is coiled inside piston-sealer to form two spiral rolls between which it is arranged parallel to longitudinal slot on pipeline on its inner surface.
