FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of corrugated sections. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming lengthwise and crosswise corrugations. Lengthwise corrugations are formed in multi-stand section bending mill where at first central lengthwise corrugation arranged along central lengthwise axis of blank is formed. Then successively and in pairs other lengthwise corrugations arranged symmetrically at both sides of central one are formed beginning from corrugation nearest to central corrugation and terminating by forming boundary corrugations. After termination of forming lengthwise and crosswise corrugations over lengthwise corrugations, ready product is cut off by means of cutting off apparatus and it is fed onto accumulating platform to discharge zone. Crosswise corrugations are formed after blank leaves section bending mill which is arrested simultaneously along the whole width of blank by means of powered unit arranged behind section bending mill. Cutting off apparatus includes step pusher providing shift of each successively cut product by predetermined value. Then ready product is fed to apparatus for receiving and knocking out ready sections in system for stacking ready products whose rollers guide fed ready sections to accumulation platform. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of corrugated sections, lowered cost for their production, improved efficiency and enlarged manufacturing possibilities of method and equipment. ^ 7 cl, 30 dwg |
