The first ends of thermal radiator and load-bearing member are brought out to day surface where thermal radiator is linked to heat power source. Load-bearing member is connected to reciprocating mechanism. The second free end of thermal radiator is connected to load-bearing member. The thermal radiator length may be equal or less than that of load-bearing member. Lower end of thermal radiator is arranged in flow string below lower level of hydrate and paraffin deposit. At least two mechanical scrapers are installed on thermal radiator.
