The device has a module with cams (30, 61-65) and electromechanical motors (55, 56) perpendicular to axes of a crankshaft and cylinders. Helical gear trains are provided inside a module (40) and drive the cams. Electromagnetic assemblies (80, 81, 101, 102) are mounted outside modules (33-36) at end of the cams` axis and permit the closing of valves (11, 125-128) at the end of course of rotation of the motors.
