<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer sheet laminate less liable to interlayer peeling within a photosensitive layer and causing no peeling defect in laminating on a copper-clad substrate or the like, and a method for manufacturing the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive transfer sheet laminate comprises a support, a photosensitive layer stacked on the support and a protective film coating the photosensitive layer, wherein interlayer adhesive force F1 between the photosensitive layer and the protective film is smaller than interlayer adhesive force F2 between the photosensitive layer and the support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
