<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission time measuring method capable of exactly measuring a transmission time, sharing authentication processing for encrypted transmission, and not executing unnecessary key exchange processing, and to provide a data transmission and reception system, a medium and an information aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: If a measurement value is not larger than a reference value, detection processing in a receiving device side is executed. Also, authentication processing for transmission time measurement is shared in authentication processing for encrypted transmission.
