PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are many packet losses accompanying transfer since there is no opportunity for detecting transfer and generating a new CoA (Care of Address) until router advertisement is newly received at a transfer destination and position registration can not be performed to a home agent in a mobile terminal.

SOLUTION: This communication system is equipped with a means for automatically collecting network information about adjacent access router instruments in an access router instrument and a means for transmitting at least one or more pieces of information about the adjacent access router instruments by including them in router advertisement. In addition, the mobile terminal requires a means for selecting an access router instrument which can be the next transfer destination and performing the position registration to a HA in advance.
