PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an appropriate instruction command out of instruction commands of a plurality of transmission rates transmitted from a base station device, reduce the interference of a whole system, and improve sector throughput. SOLUTION: A demodulation part 210 outputs a received signal from each base station apparatus to an error correction decoding part 220. The error correction decoding part 220 outputs ACK/NAK, and instruction commands for the each base station apparatus to a transmission rate control part 240. The transmission rate control part 240 selects the instruction command transmitted from the base station apparatus whose priority is the maximum to be preferentially adopted when an actual transmission rate control is performed out of instruction commands sent from a plurality of base station apparatuses on the basis of ACK/NAK information.
