PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing device for releasing a release block by controlling the meshing condition of a meshing portion between a release member and the release block. SOLUTION: The releasing device comprises an actuating rod having a mounting portion at one end and the release member at the other end, the release member having a pivot hole and the meshing portion inside, a fixed seat as a hollow body whose cross section is approximately U-shaped and in one side of which a mounting hole is formed for storing the meshing portion of the release member, and the release block whose upper part is inserted into the fixed seat and on one side of which a meshing portion is provided corresponding to the meshing portion of the release member.
