PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an operator that an erroneous operation to move an auger drive device is performed in transportation when a leader is approximately horizontally fallen on the upper part of a base machine. SOLUTION: This pile driver comprises a leader derricking limit switch LSd determining the derricked state of the leader 3 installed on the base machine 2 so as to be derricked, a downward movement pilot pressure detecting pressure switch 26 and an upward movement pilot pressure detecting pressure switch 27 detecting the moving operation of the auger drive device 7, and a buzzer B emitting alarm when the moving operation of the auger drive device 7 is performed while the leader 5 is being derricked. An electric circuit 40 operating a shutoff valve 30 stopping the movement of the auger drive device 7 by cutting off an auger moving hydraulic circuit 29 when the buzzer B is operated is formed in a hydraulic circuit 12.
