摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate at least one of two actuators at a maximum operation speed irrespective of an independent operation or an interlocking operation mode for improving operability of the respective actuators. SOLUTION: An operation lever 12 of a joystick 10 is tilted in an optional direction, and an X-axis directional position X<SB>1</SB>and a Y-axis directional position Y<SB>1</SB>of a reference point 13 of the operation lever 12 on the XY plane are detected by an X-axis direction detection means and a Y-axis direction detection means. In a computing part 21, a reference point shift distance L between a home position and the reference point 14 is found from (X<SB>1</SB>, Y<SB>1</SB>), and from (X<SB>1</SB>, Y<SB>1</SB>) and the reference point shift distance L, respective operation velocities V<SB>X</SB>and V<SB>Y</SB>of the actuators 30X and 30Y are found.
