摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of electrooptical device for deciding normal/defective electric connection between electrodes even after mounting components are mounted on a substrate, to provide an electrooptical device manufactured by using the manufacturing method, and to provide an electronic appliance on which the electrooptical device is mounted. SOLUTION: A driver is mounted on the extended region of a wiring substrate by applying a pressure, and the presence or no presence of fracture parts 10c of mounted conductive particles 10b and the number or else of the conductive particles 10c where the fracture parts 10c are formed are visually recognized. In accordance with the visual recognition result, the normal/defective mounting is decided and, therefore, the definite decision of the normal/defective mounting is permitted.
