PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a nanowire by gathering and growing diffused atoms or molecules by applying driving force, and the nanowire manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The driving force is applied to the atoms and the molecules to disperse them, and then the atoms or the molecules diffused with the usage of physical restriction are gathered and grown.
