PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible non-combustible decorative sheet hard to damage and applied to a curved wall or a round pillar. SOLUTION: A prepreg prepared by impregnating an inorganic fiber base material with a slurry containing a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler is used as a core layer, a metal foil and a surface decorative layer are successively laminated, and, after the whole is integrally molded, a groove is formed to the molded one by cutting which reaches the metal foil from the back of the molded one. As the inorganic fiber base material, a nonwoven fabric or a fabric comprising an inorganic fiber such as a glass fiber, rock wool or a carbon fiber is used. The basis weight of the inorganic fiber base material is set to 10-200 g/m<SP>2</SP>. A glass fiber nonwoven fabric excellent in heat resistance, flame resistance and slurry impregnation properties is especially used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
