PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wear a body belt of a safety harness around the hipbone while shouldering a respirator. SOLUTION: A hanger 23 with a shoulder strap 27 on which an air cylinder 2 of the respirator can be mounted is detachably attached to the rear outer side of the body belt 6 of the safety harness 1 worn around the hipbone of a worker. A holder plate 21 along the rear outer surface of the body belt 6 is attached to the lower part of the hanger 23 for attaching/detaching the hanger. A respirator attaching belt 24 is inserted into a hole in the holder plate 21, and locking means 25 and 25 at both ends of the belt 24 are connected to locking means 15 and 15 of adjusting belts 14 and 14 disposed on both side waist parts of the body belt 6. When the both front ends of the pair of adjusting belts 14 and 14 are pulled forward, the body belt 6 and the hanger 23 are closely attached to each other, and the pair of the adjusting belts 14 and 14 are immovably fixed to the body belt 6 by a fixing means 8. As the respirator is stably and closely fixed to the waist region of the worker in this way, the load can be easily transmitted to the waist region, so that a burden on the worker can be reduced.
