The process involves supplying heated water to a cooler after reducing temperature of a return flow of the water in a heat exchanger (3) at a hot side of a Peltier unit (1). Cooled water is supplied to a cold heat exchanger (5) and an interior space is cooled by radiation from the exchanger (5). Circulation guidance of cooled water circulation and heat water circulation is caused by a cooling water pump (6) and a cold water pump (7). An independent claim is also included for an interior space of a building.
