<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security lamp with a simple structure and without malfunction. <P>SOLUTION: A security lamp installed on a pole etc. is provided with an automatic flasher unit 30 turning on/off the lamp 20 attached to an instrument body according to brightness and darkness of outdoor light. The luminaire main body provided with a lighting hole 45 taking in outdoor light, a light receiving surface 32 of the automatic flasher unit 30 facing the lighting hole 45, and a nearly cylindrical dark room part 90 surrounding the light receiving surface side of the automatic flasher unit and whose lower end is opened.
