<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent minor seizure (smearing) on the raceway surfaces of inner and outer rings or on the rolling surface of a roller and prevent scoring or seizure between a roller head and a collar. <P>SOLUTION: An inside low portion 20 is provided on the outer diameter side of the outer ring 1. A cushioning material 30 is circularly processed into the almost the same size as the inner or outer diameter on the end face side of the outer ring 1 and mounted between the inside of a seal holder 7 and the end face side of the outer ring 1 at both ends of the conical roller bearing. The cushioning material 30 such as a hard rubber or a hard urethane foam has heat resistance, vibration resistance and durability. Even when the bearing is subjected to strong impact load, the cushioning material 30 absorbs the impact load and relaxes the impact to be transmitted to the inside of the bearing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
