<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of important information and the like after printoutput. <P>SOLUTION: In executing printoutput, data to be printed are transmitted with information about an authentication medium inserted into a user terminal from the user terminal to a print management device, and the transmitted print data are transmitted again with the authentication information to the printer. When the authentication information of the authentication medium inserted into the user terminal is inputted to a designated printer, the print data transmitted from the print management device are printed out while a printoutput operator is specified based on the authentication information, and consequently, printoutput from the printer is controlled by the print management device for each user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
