MANAGING METHOD OF COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing method of a component for easily managing the component mounted on a substrate.

SOLUTION: A sliding member 103d which stops in a prescribed position if viewed from a component mounting machine 103 is fitted to a component tape 103. A tape IC tag 104 which previously stores component data 105 on a plurality of electronic components 3 is fitted to the sliding member 103d. The managing method of the component comprises a reading step S100 for reading component data 105 from the tape IC tag 104 fitted to the sliding member 103d, a mounting step S104 for taking out the electronic component 3 from a tip of the component tape 103 and mounting it on the printed circuit board 2 and a management information creating step S108 for creating management data 107 where component data 105 is made to correspond to the mounted electronic component 3 and the printed circuit board 2.
