PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed fluid drain valve for actualizing proper draining operation of mixed fluid no matter how condition suction pressure has when using a pump. SOLUTION: By turning an adjusting plug 20 around its axis and moving it in the axial direction (the vertical direction), a space between the lower end of the adjusting plug 20 and the upper end of a valve 50 can be adjusted. Thus, the length of a spring 40 arranged between the lower end of the adjusting plug 20 and the upper end of the valve 50 can be adjusted and the energizing force of the spring 40 against the valve 50 be adjusted.
