The invention relates to the use of copolymers comprising at least one type of acrylic acid ester integrated in to a polymer derived from heteroatomic functionalised alcohol in the form of an additive to combustible oils and lubricants, in particular as a cold flow agent. Said invention also relates to combustible oils, lubricants and to a packet of additives containing said copolymer.
