<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure electric connection between a terminal hardware of the connector part and an electrode lead rod of a piezostack, and enable electric charge to be leaked by a current-collecting effect without generating any malfunctions such as rupture of an electrode lead. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of lead rods 2a, 2b provided to the piezostack 2 are extended within the connector part 3, and are connected to a pair of terminal hardware 3a, 3b. The connector part 3 is formed by secondary molding after integration of the terminal hardware 3a, 3b at a conductive resin part 7. By providing predetermined electrical resistance to the parts between each of the terminal hardware 3a, 3b and a metal body member 12 by the conductive resin part 7, a circuit for discharging the electric charge generated by the current-collecting effect is formed. Thus, electrical resistance elements are made unnecessary, and the polarization breakdown of a piezoactuator device is prevented in an abbreviated manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
