摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosing device, determining the presence/absence of the abnormality of a rotary part and specifying an abnormal part or region in the actual operating state without knocking down a device where the rotary part is incorporated even if a rotary part different in design data is assembled in an arbitrary region. <P>SOLUTION: This abnormality diagnosing device for diagnosing abnormality of a plurality of rotary parts rotated relatively to a bearing housing 12 includes: a vibration sensor 32 fixed to the bearing housing 12; a comparing and collating part 43 for comparing a frequency component caused by damage of the rotary part, which is calculated on the basis of a rotating speed signal with a frequency component of actual measurement data based on the signal waveform, which is detected by the vibration sensor 32 by each of two or more rotary parts different in design data; and an abnormality determination part 44 for determining the presence/absence of abnormality of the rotary part and specifying the abnormal part and region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
