<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image processor for easily generating a gradation conversion curve of high contrast in a gradation area to be found. <P>SOLUTION: The gradation conversion curve is generated by integrating a gradient curve reflecting a contrast for each input pixel value with a production means 50, and the gradient curve is set with a setting means 40 to have a shape desired by an operator, accordingly, with gradation conversion using the gradation conversion curve, the vicinity of an input pixel value desired by the operator is gradation-converted with high contrast easily, or the input pixel value desired by the operator is gradation-converted in wider contrast distribution easily, and furthermore, diagnostic reading for image information is realized with an area of concern in a easily viewable state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
