PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having superior low-temperature fixing properties and storage stability, causing no fogging or toner fusing, even for a long-term use, and providing high image density. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a binder resin, crystalline polyester and one or more kinds of release agents, wherein the melting point (Tm1 [°C]) of at least one kind of release agent and the melting point (Tm2 [°C]) of the crystalline polyester satisfy the relation of Equation (1):Tm1≤Tm2+10 [°C], and the effluence starting temperature (Tfb [°C]) of the toner and the melting point (Tm2 [°C]) of the crystalline polyester satisfy the relation by Equation (2):Tm2≤Tfb≤Tm2+12 [°C].
