PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system for performing operation support while realizing a reduction in the amount of fuel consumption, and to provide a navigation system using such an operation support system, and a delivery instruction system using the operation support system. SOLUTION: A CPU 21a searches for a plurality of travel routes from the present position of a vehicle to a set destination or way point, and infers the amount of fuel consumption as to the plurality of travel routes searched for. The CPU 21a gives instructions that a travel route whose amount of fuel consumption is minimum be traveled among the amounts of fuel consumption inferred as to the plurality of travel routes.
